Posting a little placeholder ‘Post’ here so I have some content to work with.
So, here are some images from a ‘Fresh Blueberry Cream’ I made last Spring.
It ended up having a rather mild flavor, which i really enjoyed but didn’t really (i)scream “BLUEBERRY”. I think i will likely go with a fresh blueberry syrup ripple in a vanilla or sweet cream base the next time I attempt a blueberry centric ice cream.
It did turn out rather pretty though… with a light lavender tint and flecks of deep blue intermingled throughout.
